NASA astronaut and International Space Station commander, Shane Kimbrough, managed to capture this image of the Hawaiian islands in late January. The ISS was orbiting over the Pacific Ocean when Shane Kimbrough decided to capture the sun reflecting off the oceans surface. This is commonly referred to as a sun glint phenomenon.
