Astronaut Shane Kimbrough works with a pair of tiny bowling-ball sized satellites known as SPHERES, or Synchronized Position Hold, Engage, Reorient, Experimental Satellites. Kimbrough set up a pair of tiny internal satellites today and tested their ability to perform automated docking maneuvers.
