This is Ceres. Ceres is in the asteroid belt & is a protoplanet.
This infrared Infrared mapping of Ceres showed the protoplanet has various wavelengths of sunlight, which allow scientists to identify the surface material composition. The map shows the diversity in the neutron count (blue being the lowest and red being the highest).
This image was taken ~240 miles above the surface by the spacecraft Dawn.
