Astronomers use astronomical units (AU) to measure distances in space. 1 AU = 93,000,000 miles. The distance between the Sun and Pluto is 49 AU. Just so you could get a mental picture, if you were to drive your car at high speeds to get to Pluto, it would take you about 6000 years
