Moment of silence for our very own Nicolaus Copernicus ❤️ Copernicus was the person who proposed the planets revolved around the Sun, when everyone believed that the Earth was at the center of the universe. His model wasn’t exactly correct, but it did form a strong foundation for future astronomers to improve. The illustration above is Copernicus’ hypothesis of the entire universe.
